Join Dance 411 for Tough Love Yoga Boot Camp! All Yoga Boot Camp classes are appropriate for students of every level, from beginners to advanced practitioners.  We offer Tough Love and aim to challenge every student to move deeper into their practice in a nurturing way.  We teach Vinyasa style or “flowing” classes, linking each movement and transition with the breath. Using Asana (physical postures) and Pranayama (awareness of the breath), we focus on building stability, strength, flexibility, and freedom on and off the mat. 

 

Class begins Tuesday, September 7 and will meet Tuesdays & Thursdays  from 6:15-7:30am.

Classes last for 6 weeks - 12 classes.

Meet your instructor:  

Durgaya Palmieri has studied yoga under the guidance of her Guru Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati from a young age.  In 2002, she turned to yoga to find peace after experiencing a personal loss.  Since that time, yoga has opened her heart and transformed her physical body. Durgaya is currently studying Anusara Yoga. She strives to arm her students with the tools to find that same sense of peace and empowerment  Today she has a 200 hour certification in Classical Hatha Yoga under the instruction of Swami Jaya Devi Bhagavati and is working towards a 200 hour certification in Kali Natha Yoga.

NOTICE: There are NO REFUNDS once your payment is processed.  PLEASE PRINT YOUR EMAILED TICKETS and bring with you to class for admission.  NO LATE ADMITTANCE for anyone 10-minutes after class has begun.  FIRST-TIME STUDENTS must arrive a minimum of 10-MINUTES PRIOR TO CLASS START TIME to sign an injury "waiver and release".
